With over 55 years of experience, Emcor is a recognized leader in the design, manufacture, and integration of electronic equipment enclosures and consoles for technology-intensive environments. Five different standard product lines provide solutions for nearly any enclosures application. We can also modify standard products (configure to order), or create custom enclosures to meet your specific requirements.  

With over 650,000 square feet of manufacturing space in two turnkey manufacturing plants in Rochester, Minnesota, we have the expertise and capacity to handle virtually any project. Emcor has completed rigorous testing and certification procedures to become an ISO 9001/2000 certified manufacturer. Emcor has documented processes in place that supports production of the highest quality products.

Custom Design - Emcor utilizes a multi-functional team approach to handle custom projects. We assemble teams of top personnel from design, manufacturing, quality, material planning, and procurement to review your project.  Our goal is to leverage our collective expertise to provide a thorough analysis of your project requirements from each discipline.

Imaging - Emcor provides unique 3D perspective views of configurations so you can “experience” your product before it is installed. Our photo-realistic renderings incorporate the elements of perspective, color, material and light to create the most accurate representation our product in your environment.

Project Management - To ensure seamless execution of your project, a company sales representative is assigned at the initial design phase. Your dedicated representative will guide you from project inception through to installation and beyond.

Logistics - Our traffic team will coordinate shipment of your product with our own fleet or a regional, national, or international carrier of your choice. We have experience in managing a broad base of LTL and full truckload carriers, which allows us to select the most cost effective solution for you.

Dropship Program - To reduce cost and streamline the supply chain, at your request, we can drop ship products directly from our factory to your customers. Our central location allows short transit times to most U.S. locations.

Supplier Managed Inventory - Emcor will help you address customized solutions, to address your specific inventory management needs. These solutions include: Just in Time Product Deliveries, Remote Warehousing, Flexible Production Systems, and Supplier Managed Inventory.
