What do we do with your information?

We use the information you provide in the literature request form to confirm your mailing address and mail you the appropriate catalog. The information you submit on the registration form is used to help us guage our site user's interest in particular product lines, and to help us determine future areas of focus for the website. If you choose to be notified of new products on the registration form, we will use the contact information provided to notify you. You may change your registration information at any time by returning to the registration form using this link, or the link provided in your registration confirmation email. The data we collect from you is not stored for any other purpose, nor is it shared with or sold to any outside parties.

What about cookies?
Some web sites use alphanumeric identifiers ("cookies") transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable their systems to recognize your browser when you re-visit the site. For your convenience, when you complete our registration form we will set a cookie which allows you to bypass the log-in page on future product information downloads. This cookie will be set for a period of 30 days, after which time you will be required to log-in to our site. We do not use this cookie for purposes beyond that disclosed above.

Is the information secure?

Because Emcor does not require transactional/financial information for you to submit your request or registration, our site does not use SSL encryption. You can still be sure that your data will never be shared or sold to an outside party.
