Frames
Frame Options
Depending on the product selected there are different frame options available. Each frame can be used individually, or they can be bayed together – joining hardware is included with each frame. The load capacity of each frame is determined by the manufacturing process and the shape of the mounting rail. All frames come with two pair of Thru-Hole mounting rails. The rails can be swapped our for tapped versions if desired. Scroll to see which frame styles are available with which product.
10 Series®
10 Series® frames are fully welded and can handle 3,500 lbs. of equipment evenly distributed and are available in 19″ and 24″ rack mount widths.
Vertical Frames
Vertical frames are available in 15U, 19U, 20U, 23U, 28U, 30U, 35U, 36U, 40U, 42U, 45U, and 48U heights. Depending on the height there are a different number of struts.

Vertical Frames with Work Surface Mounting Provisions
This style frame comes with provisions for mounting a work surface, out front, flush with the top of the frame. It is available in 14U and 18U heights.

Slope Front Frames
Slope front style frames have a sloped portion in the front. The slope area has welded in Thru-Hole mounting rails to accommodate panels and rack mount equipment that does not require a rear attach point. This frame style is available with 10U, or 12U tall slope openings, while the lower section has 15U of space.

Wedge Frames
Wedge frames allow vertical and slope front frame styles to wrap around a corner. Wedge frames can be use next to any (19″ or 24″) EIA with frame, but be sure to make sure the depths match. Wedges must be installed on site. All joining hardware is included.
Vertical style wedge frames referred to as Flat Pack Wedge Kits, due to the way they ship, are be bolted to the side of other vertical style frames to form the desired console configuration.
Slope front wedge frames are fully welded and utilize solid non-removable front, top and rear panels with an open bottom and bolt on pontoon base.

These frames assist in providing proper viewing angles for operators of electronic equipment. Each turret is supplied with welded in Thru-Hole mounting rails. Mounting hardware is included if not configured prior to shipment.

ESQ®
ESQ® frames are fully welded and can handle 800 lbs. of equipment evenly distributed. The frames come with a riser base (pontoon base) and is available in 19″ 24″ and 30″ EIA rack mount widths.
